I work with individuals at turning points of their lives. The desire to step into a healthier future is the common denominator among my clients. Anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, or change in life circumstances are all issues that bring people to my practice. For each person there is a painful point in their lives that they want to move beyond. Each has a glimmer of a sense of calling to a richer fuller life and are seeking support to travel that path.
My therapeutic approach is premised on the belief that listening deeply to our own hearts can encourage healing for our wounded souls and can help release that life giving energy which is our birthright. Using an integrative approach I can help you rally your resources to make the changes you want to make in your life.
I use a person-centered psychodynamic approach and draw on resources from meditation to journal work to creative expression. From time to time I may recommend an article, book, support groups, activities, or body work.
